• Negotiation: Let’s get that money, honey. When you’re used to feeling grateful for the privilege to work at an institution it’s hard to know your worth and how to advocate for it. After getting clear on your salary and benefits goals I’ll give you the tools (and cheer you on) to ask for what you deserve. 

• Ongoing Support: You’ll get unlimited sessions and access to me for quick questions and check-ins to keep you on track and motivated as you make your career shift.

• Pricing is on a sliding scale based on income
